CUI Disability Access Services
Proctored Test Reservation Schedule

This schedule is for students who have approved testing accommodations with CUI's Disability Access Services. If you are not yet approved for accommodations, please visit the DAS website to request accommodations.

Schedule: Students should schedule a minimum of 4 days in advance. 

Process:

• On the DAS Testing Calendar, select your start and end time, and complete the form. Once you submit the request, you will receive an email with additional instructions.
• If testing bays are full or if it is under 4 days’ notice, you can email Stephanie or DAS directly. Requests under 48 hours will generally not be approved.
• Exams should be scheduled for the same day and start time as the class is taking it.
• Inform the instructor 3-5 days prior to each scheduled exam that you will be using the DAS Testing Room. This can be done either in person or via forwarding the confirmation email student receives from the online calendar.
• You can cancel or reschedule your exam through the calendar.  

Register for an account: If this is your first time scheduling an appointment, be sure to register for an account before you log in. PLEASE NOTE: even if you have an account with CUI's Academic Coaching page, you will need to create a new account for DAS because we use different sites.

Location: The DAS testing room is located in the Student Services Center (we share a space with Academic Advisors), top floor of the library.

Hours: We offer test proctoring services from 8:10am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you are requesting hours outside of this schedule, please email DAS at DAS@cui.edu
